Apollo 58000-600APO Discovery Optical Smoke Detector
The Apollo 58000-600 is an intelligent addressable optical smoke detector designed for commercial and industrial fire alarm systems. Operating on the light-scatter (photoelectric) principle, it is highly effective at detecting slow-burning, smouldering fires.

- Digital Communication Voltage: 5V to 9V peak-to-peak
- Quiescent Current Consumption: 300 µA typical (measured at 24V)
- Alarm State Current: 3.5 mA (with dual onboard LEDs fully illuminated)
- Power-up Current Surge: 1 mA peak
- System Initialization Time: 10 seconds maximum power-up delay
- Remote Alarm LED Output: Driven through an internal 4.5 kΩ resistance to the positive rail (5 mA maximum output threshold)
- Sampling Rate: Internal sensing loop evaluates air chamber density 1 time per second
- Clean Air Calibration Output: Standard analog value of 23
- Fixed Alarm Trigger Point: Standard analog value of 55
