The Notifier LCM-320 Loop Control Module is an interface module designed to add signaling line circuits (SLCs) to Notifier ONYX Series intelligent fire alarm control panels. The module allows the panel to communicate with addressable field devices such as detectors, modules, and other intelligent devices installed on the SLC loop.

Each LCM-320 provides a single SLC loop capable of supporting long wiring distances and large numbers of addressable devices. The module supports Class B (Style 4) wiring configurations and allows multiple loops to be installed in a compact enclosure through simple plug-in installation.

The module also features a degraded mode operation, which improves system survivability by allowing communication to continue in certain fault conditions. This capability helps maintain partial operation of the SLC network in the event of wiring issues or other disturbances.

For larger systems, the LCM-320 can be expanded with a LEM-320 Loop Expander Module, which adds an additional SLC loop. Together these modules allow scalable expansion of intelligent fire alarm systems while maintaining reliable communication with field devices.
